Jammu and Kashmir Common Entrance Test (JKCET) is a state level entrance exam. The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE)  organize and conduct the JKCET for admission to Bachelor’s of Engineering (B.E) programme offered by Government and Private Institutes in the state J&K. Important Dates and Updates related to JKCET 2018

The official examination authority has announced the date of significant events on the official website. The Admit Card will be released on 10th April 2018. The registered candidate can download the admit card online by visiting the official website. However, the offline (pen and paper-based) mode of the exam will be held on 22nd April 2018. Admit card is also known as the hall ticket.  The absence of the same can debar the applicants from taking the exam.

How to obtain JKCET 2018 Admit Card?

There are basically two ways to obtain the hall ticket of JKCET 2018. The registered candidates can obtain the admit card either via online mode or offline mode according to their suitability.

Online Mode:  Admit cards can be downloaded online by visiting the official Websites (www.jakbopee.net or www.jakbopee.org or www.jkbopee.in) (the link of the same will be provided here). Candidates must take a print out and stick a photograph at the space provided for the same on the admit card.

How To Download JKCET 2018 Admit Card online?

Step 1: Go to the official website www.jakbopee.org.

Step 2: Click on “CET 2018” link.

Step 3: Click on e-Admit Card.

Step 4: A login page will appear. Enter your application number and date of birth.

Step 5: JKCET 2018 Admit card will be displayed on your screen. Check all the details, download the admit card.

Step 6: Take the print out of the same as it has to be carried on the day of the test.

Offline mode:

Applicants who do not have an internet facility can seek help from the Help Desk of I.T. Section of BOPEE with a prior telephonic appointment, for a nominal fee of Rs. 100/, on any working day at the below, mentioned BOPEE offices:

  1. BOPEE Office, Bhagat-i-Barzullah, opposite J&K Bank, Srinagar-190005 (11 AM to 5 PM)
  2. BOPEE Office, 4th Floor, South Block, Bahu Plaza, Jammu-180012 (11 AM to 5 PM)

NOTE: Candidates must preserve this admit card till the seat allotment procedure and admission process.

What documents to be carried on the test day?

Candidates must make sure to take two copies of the admit card to the JKCET 2018 exam centre along with two recent passport size photograph and a photo identity proof like Aadhar card, PAN card or driving license.

  • Candidate’s name
  • Complete address of the test centre
  • Date and duration of the exam
  • Candidate’s signature
  • Application number
  • Space to affix photograph of the candidate
  • General instructions

Correction in JKCET Admit card details:
